01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and zoya 99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all access to and use of the zoya 99 website, mobile interface, game library, sports betting section, live casino, crash games, and all related services made available through the domain zoya-99.im and its sub-domains.

By completing the registration process, logging into an existing account, or otherwise accessing any part of the zoya 99 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform and close your account.

The platform is intended for use by residents and visitors within Bangladesh and other jurisdictions where access to online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that their use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.

Amendments to These Terms

zoya 99 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion and at any time without prior individual notification to Players. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Language

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between the English text and any other language version, the English text shall take precedence in all circumstances.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Participation in any game, bet, or transaction on the zoya 99 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their continued use of the platform.

Eligibility Requirements

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable under any circumstances.
• Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You do not hold and will not attempt to open more than one account on the zoya 99 platform at any time.
• Accurate information: All personal information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.
• Self-exclusion status: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on zoya 99 or any other gaming platform to which such exclusions may apply.
• Own funds: You are depositing and wagering your own money. You are not acting on behalf of a third party or using funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Not a zoya 99 employee: You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of such individuals employed by or associated with the platform.

03 Account Registration

To access any real-money gaming or betting service on zoya 99, you must first complete the account registration process. Registration is free. You may hold only one registered account on the platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Registration Requirements

Account Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your zoya 99 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your nominated payment method. Once an account is closed, the username associated with that account cannot be reused.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the zoya 99 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added from time to time, and the current list of supported channels is always visible on the deposit and withdrawal pages within the player account dashboard.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction across all supported payment methods.
• Processing time: Deposits are credited to your zoya 99 account balance in real time under normal operating conditions.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and have been obtained through lawful means. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted.
• Failed transactions: If a deposit does not credit to your account within 30 minutes, contact live chat support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt the deposit again until the original transaction has been resolved.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• KYC required: Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed identity verification (KYC).
• Same-method rule: Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, to maintain a secure audit trail.

• Right to request documentation: zoya 99 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

zoya 99 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

• One bonus per promotion: Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, IP address, and payment method, unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual offer terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stipulated time period results in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Game weighting: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a reduced percentage. The game contribution table is published on each relevant bonus page.
• Maximum bet during wagering: While wagering a bonus, the maximum permitted bet per round or per spin is ৳1,000, unless the offer terms specify a different limit. Bets exceeding this amount during the active bonus period may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. Expired bonuses are removed from the Player's balance without compensation.
• Abuse and fraud: Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to coordinated play, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will have their bonus voided, their account suspended, and any winnings from such activity forfeited in full.

06 User Obligations

As a registered Player on zoya 99, you are subject to a set of ongoing obligations that apply throughout the duration of your account. These obligations are designed to protect the integrity of the platform, the fairness of the gaming environment, and the safety of all Players.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zoya 99 platform. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and the forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with zoya 99 support staff.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the platform under any name, identity, or device combination.

• Money laundering: Using the zoya 99 platform for the purposes of laundering money or processing funds derived from illegal activity, regardless of wager volume.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) in respect of any deposit made to zoya 99, except in the case of genuine unauthorised transactions reported to us immediately.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake on the platform. Any winnings derived from a manifest error are null and void and will be recovered.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the zoya 99 platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and table games — are sourced from certified, internationally regulated providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others. Return to Player (RTP)

• In-play bets accepted after an event's conclusion — due to latency or technical error — are void and will be refunded.
• zoya 99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a pricing error.

Crash Games (Aviator & Mines Gold)

Crash-format games such as Spribe Aviator use a provably fair algorithm, meaning that the outcome of each round is cryptographically verifiable by the Player after the round concludes. Mines Gold operates on a certified RNG. Neither game can be manipulated by the Player, the platform, or the game provider after a round has commenced. 08 Account Closure & Termination

Either the Player or zoya 99 may initiate the closure of a Player account, subject to the conditions described in this section. Account closure does not extinguish any outstanding obligations of either party arising prior to the closure date.

Closure Requested by the Player

You may close your account at any time without penalty by contacting the zoya 99 support team via live chat. Any remaining real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding investigations pending. Bonus balances and free spin winnings that have not met the wagering requirement are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Closure or Suspension by zoya 99

zoya 99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion that the Player is under 18 years of age.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested time frame.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or legal obligation requiring the restriction or closure of the account.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is closed by zoya 99 due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for administrative or inactivity reasons rather than misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player upon completion of identity verification.
